OCAP havi Font problem
Hi everyone,
I tried displaying different fonts using java.awt.Font in My RI emulator
using HStaticText. But always it is setting a single font. I'm able to change the font size
and font weight. But font face remains the same.
Can someone tell me why is this happening.

Dropdown List
Hi everyone,
I need to have a dropdown list in my application.
Is there any api available in havi for this?
Or can anyone please suggest me how I can achieve it.
I tried with having a HGraphicButton and
on key press, make a HListGroup visible.
I made the visiblity of HListGroup false in the beginning.
I was not able to make it's visiblity true afterwards(on a keypress).
Can someone help me in this.

I have posted a few immediate full time needs for (2) Embedded SW Engineers with OCAP/EBIF and PowerTV OS or Linux experience for positions in GA, but have yet to receive any replies. I am a bit surprised that there have been no responses, especially in this economy. It has to mean that most or all of you are working. That's always a good thing. RecordingManager.record API's behavior
Hi All,
I'm finding it strange that "sometimes" RecordingManager.record API is giving the RecordingChangedEvent callback before the API actually returns (with change "ENTRY_ADDED"). But it is not always so and hence not consistant. Sometimes I'm getting the callback after the API returns.
Is this the expected behaviour? I'm not finding anything specific about this in spec..

Mapping MPEG to the tune
Hi,
I am new to this forum and the OCAP development. started to work with sample tune test application. have placed the config file and the host prop files in the appropriate locations, while running i could see the mpeg stream on program 1& 2. Tune get failed in program 3&4.
i have changed the mpeg video file in the platform.cfg file for program 1&2 for their respective frequency,but it is not reflecting in the tune test application.
Could you please any one help me to sort out this problem
* how to map the static video mpeg file with the frequecy OCAP specification (ocap locator) ?

Deploying application Using HITS AxIS
Hi,
I would like to have more information about how to deploy an EBIF application.
I noticed that TVWorks provides ETV Streamer to work as a server, I would like to know if there's just this server or are there some kind of standard?
Do you have any information about HITS AxIS? I heard that developers could easly deploy applications, but I couldn't find anywhere to register.

de-link channel up/ channel down keys from an ocap application
Hi,
I wrote an application with just one component a HTextButton.
The channel up / down keys get locked as soon as i do a requestFocus() on that button.
Tried using UserEventListener and added only Nav keys + enter key. This was tested on the ADB 7822C developer STB
.
Has anyone faced this issue.....???
