TV Works has posted their new product “ETV Player” on their developer support site https://developer.tvworks.com/

The product is generally available “as-is.”  In order to download the software you will need to register for the support site and confirm your registration through e-mail.  TV Works asks that when registering for an account that users inform us if their intention is to obtain ETV Player specifically.   For users who do not have an agreement with TVWorks the ETV Player download page will be the only available content (other than FAQ and contact info). 

The TV Works ETV Player is exactly as the name would have you believe, a program that plays ETV applications.   The applications must be embedded in an MPEG transport stream in order to display. The concept is to allow developers to create applications and allow a means for MSO’s, networks, advertisers, etc. to view the applications on a PC.
